CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, transferring and protecting personal data of users of the Website https://meni.blog/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as persons placing an Order in accordance with the Standard Form Contract (Offer).

1.3. The Service Provider shall ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection, and shall also use them exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.4. By using the Website and/or placing an Order, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the terms of this Policy.
2. Terms
2.1. Personal data shall mean any information that directly or indirectly allows the identification of an individual (name, email address, phone, IP address, files, information from application forms, etc.).
2.2. Processing of personal data shall mean any actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, transfer, depersonalization, deletion, etc.
2.3. User shall mean any person who visits the Website or places an Order.
2.4. Third parties shall mean translators, editors, technical specialists, accounting and IT Service Providers, payment systems, hosting providers, electronic communication services.
3. Types of Personal Data that We Collect
3.1. Data provided by the User independently:
• name and surname;
• phone number;
• email address;
• files and materials necessary for the translation;
• information in the Order form or in correspondence with the Service Provider;
• details for invoicing (if necessary).
3.2. Data collected automatically:
• IP address;
• browser type, language, access time;
• device information;
• cookies;
• statistical data regarding interaction with the Website.
The collection shall be carried out using the following services:
• Google Analytics,
• other analytical tools.
3.3. Data of translated documents
The materials and content of documents provided by the Customer may also contain personal data of third parties.
The Service Provider shall process such data solely for the purposes of fulfilling the Order.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
4.1. processing, performance and support of Orders;
4.2. sending the results of written translations; 4.3. communication with the Customer regarding the Order;
4.4. invoicing and accounting;
4.5. involving translators in the performance of the Order;
4.6. technical support for the Website;
4.7. improving the Website and analytics;
4.8. compliance with the legislation of Ukraine;
4.9. sending information messages (only with the consent of the User).
5. Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data shall be processed on the following grounds:
5.1. consent of the User;
5.2. the need to perform the contract (offer);
5.3. legitimate interests of the Contractor (protection of rights, improvement of the quality of services);
5.4. compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
Personal data may be transferred exclusively in cases necessary for the performance of the Contract:
• to translators and editors involved in the performance of the Order;
• to accountants and tax consultants;
• to hosting providers;
• to payment services;
• to electronic communication services;
• to IT contractors;
• to government authorities in cases provided for by law.
The transfer shall be carried out only to the extent necessary to perform a specific function.
The Service Provider shall not sell or distribute personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Storage of Personal Data
7.1. Personal data shall be stored no longer than it is necessary for the purposes of their processing.
7.2. Order data (translation files) shall be stored for 1 year, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
7.3. Accounting data shall be stored for the period of 3 years or another period specified by law.
7.4. The User may request the deletion of their data at any time (except in cases where storage is the Service Provider’s obligation by law).
8. Cookies and Analytics
The Website uses cookies for:
• correct operation of the functionality,
• saving the User’s settings,
• statistical analysis of visitor behavior,
• marketing settings.
The User can disable cookies in the browser settings.
9. Cross-Border Data Transfer
In the event of data transfer to translators or services located outside of Ukraine, the Service Provider shall ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international practice.
10. Rights of the Personal Data Subject
The User shall have the right to:
• receive information about data processing;
• access to their data;
• request clarification, updating or correction;
• request deletion of data if they are no longer needed;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• be aware of the mechanism for transferring data to third parties.

The Service Provider shall respond within 30 calendar days.
11. Protection of Personal Data
The Service Provider shall implement organizational and technical measures:
• access control;
• encryption of data transmission;
• backup;
• protection of servers and hosting;
• restriction of access by Service Providers;
• audit of information systems.
12. Withdrawal of Consent
The user may withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data at any time by sending an email to: info@ftb.com.ua with the subject: “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
However, withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal.
13. Changes to the Policy
The Service Provider may make changes to this Policy by publishing a new version on the Website. The current version is always available at the link: https://meni.blog/privacy-policy
Changes shall come into force from the moment of publication.
